If you want to live in one of the duplex lofts in the Harlo, a 212-unit luxury apartment complex in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood that opened last October, it'll cost you.
The 17-story tower, which was developed by Skanska, includes two duplex lofts with 14-foot ceilings, two levels of living space and a private outdoor terrace. The newly-announced rental rate for the lofts, which span just under 1,500 square feet each, is $7,800 per month. Both are still available for lease.
