The property was listed for $2.85 million in spring 2021 by Mahler Sotheby's International Realty. The listing was removed in August 2021 and it was listed again in April 2022 for $3.5 million, according to MetroMLS data reported on Realtor.com.
The deal closed Sept. 1.
The 4.7-acre property on Beach Road in Oconomowoc includes 212 feet of water frontage with a deck and dock.
