Overland Park has the No. 8 spot on Realtor.com's new ranking of the "Hottest ZIP Codes for 2018," which are derived from an analysis of 32,000 ZIP codes.
The website released its annual list of the hottest ZIP codes Wednesday. It ranks locations based on the time it takes properties sell and how frequently homes are viewed on Realtor.com in each ZIP code. Homes in the top 10 ZIP codes sell in about 20 days — 46 days faster than the national average.
