Waipahu contractor awarded $22M in military contracts


Alan Shintani Inc., a Waipahu-based general contractor, was awarded nearly $22.3 million in military contracts from the Navy and the Army Corps of Engineers on Friday, the last business day of the federal fiscal year.

The company was awarded a $10.7 million contract from the Army Corps of Engineers for renovations at Schofield Barracks, with a completion date of June 30, 2020.
