Five restaurants and two retailers are still slated to open at Keauhou Lane, a mixed-use condominium building in Kakaako.
Oregon-based Gerding Edlen developed the 209-unit rental project, which is anchored by natural foods store Down to Earth and includes 34,000 total square feet of ground floor commercial space. Keauhou Lane is located adjacent to Stanford Carr’s Keauhou Place, a 40-story mixed use building with 388 residential units and 35 townhome units.
