Tishman Speyer flips newly bought SoBro land to SoCal hotel developer

T2 Hospitality now owns the 1.22 acre development site at 133 Korean Veterans Blvd. The news comes one day after the NBJ reported that Tishman Speyer bought the land for $27 million.
