Tom Clancy’s Ritz-Carlton penthouse reduced by 25 percent to $5.9M


Late author Tom Clancy's sprawling Inner Harbor penthouse has been reduced in price by 25 percent, the latest cut since hitting the market in 2015.

The heirs of Clancy's estate are now asking $5.9 million for the 12,000-square-foot condo inside the Ritz-Carlton Residences, down from $7.9 million. The property hit the market in October 2015 for $12 million, and the asking price has now been cut in half since being listed.
