An increase in the number of homes it sold and closed in 2017 helped Chesterfield-based homebuilder Consort Homes have an increase in revenue year-over-year.

The company sold or closed 155 homes in 2017, up from 128 in 2016. Consort Homes closed out its WillowBrooke community in Creve Coeur, a project the company said is its most successful to date.
