Top Twin Cities chefs Gavin Kaysen, Karyn Tomlinson, Jorge Guzman and more team up for charity event


James Beard award-winning Chef Gavin Kaysen will serve as the chef director for a charity event in which he and a team of other local chefs curate a menu to help fight hunger.

The Taste Fore the Tour will take place on July 18 at the Interlachen Country Club and offer its guests a five-course meal, with each course coming from a different chef.

The courses (and chefs creating them) include:

First course: Cured trout on toast (from Gavin Kaysen of Spoon and Stable)
