Town homes are trending across Twin Cities


The number of permits issued for town homes across the metro surged over the last two months, pointing to trending interest in single-family homes, according to data released by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities-Housing First.

Year-to-date, there has been a 16 percent increase over last year in the number of town home permits issued in the area. And last year was pretty strong, too.
