Track 7 Brewing Co. is permanently closing its East Sacramento taproom, but locally owned University of Beer is already lined up to fill the space.
Track 7 opened the site at 5090 Folsom Blvd. four years ago. It initially included a kitchen with a fast-casual format, which switched to a prix fixe setup earlier this year. Operators then stopped serving food before a Peruvian rotisserie called The Jazzy Bird took over the kitchen at the site.
