"In some cases, builders have had to put a limitation on how many sales they’ll allow, because they don’t want to get so far ahead with sold houses when they know their costs are going to go up after they’ve set the price. They don’t want to box themselves in," said Trez Capital Texas Founding Partner John Hutchinson. "The labor is an issue and so is the material because of the tariffs."
