Triangle restaurants take fight over Covid insurance to NC Supreme Court


After an appeals court sided with an insurance company against some of the Triangle’s most well-known restaurants over Covid-19 claims, attorneys are trying to push the case to the North Carolina Supreme Court where a potential ruling could have widescale impacts.
