A trust in the name of Vernon Krause, the car dealership CEO who is proposing a massive development in Forsyth County, is mulling the sale of a $5.6 million Lake Lanier estate.
The estate owned by the Vernon L. Krause DGT Trust was listed for sale April 28, according to a listing by Ashley Smith of Dreamsmith Realty. It was priced at $5.595 million.
