Twin Cities Orthopedics proposes new medical building, with a fieldhouse, in Lakeville


Twin Cities Orthopedics is proposing to build a new two-story medical office in Lakeville.

The proposal, led by the Golden Valley-based provider of orthopedic specialty care, would add 44,255 square feet of medical office space to the southwest corner of the city. The matter is expected to go before the Lakeville Planning Commission on Thursday.

The location would be the first in Lakeville for TCO, which currently has more than 30 locations across the metro and Wisconsin.
