Rose Street Patisserie will open a new cafe at the old Schmidt Brewery site on West 7th Street in St. Paul later this summer, the Pioneer Press reports, while Rustica Bakery will open shop in Southdale Center this fall, Mpls,St. Paul Magazine reports.
