Two former CEOs of dating app company Match Group have joined global private equity investment firm Advent International as operating partners.
Advent today announced the appointments of Shar Dubey and Mandy Ginsberg, who collectively led Match Group for four years. The company said they will play key roles in building out Advent’s consumer technology practice.
