Two Locals focused on ‘community-based’ approach for forthcoming West Philadelphia taproom and brewery

Co-founders and brothers Richard and Mengistu Koilor want to give people more than just a place to enjoy beer. They want to use their new brewery and taproom, opening next summer, to support and invest in the neighborhood they grew up in.
