Two new leases fill out Trussville’s Homestead Village development

A retail center in the growing Trussville area is now fully leased.

Homestead Village, one of the newest shopping centers in Trussville, recently landed two new leases, bringing it to 100 percent occupied. Local real estate firm Blackwater Resources said it secured deals for a 21,950-square-foot ALDI store, as well as a Charter Spectrum location that will be 4,155 square feet.

The development is part of a considerable amount of real estate activity in Trussville in recent years.
