UnitedHealth completes $4 billion acquisition of DaVita physician group


UnitedHealth Group Inc. has completed its $4.3 billion acquisition of the physician group of DaVita Inc. after scrutiny from regulators stalled the purchase by more than a year, the company said Wednesday.
