Unpaid contractors file more than $125M in liens against Discovery Labs as MLP Ventures works to secure financing

More than a dozen contractors have filed liens against Innovation 411, an 11-building campus that is part of the Discovery Labs complex in King of Prussia, according to Montgomery County court records.
