Update: Housing developments in Xenia soar, construction on properties develop around town


To account for new jobs and needs for living, Xenia is upping its housing efforts and constructing new residential areas for Dayton citizens. The city has five housing subdivisions in the works, with construction already begun on a few, and will have 184 homes by the end of the year and almost 500 homes in the next six years.
