Urban Land Institute study: Nashville is falling behind on housing


The Washington D.C.-based nonprofit's recently published Home Attainability Index ranked Nashville as a magnet city — a destination for people and companies — but found the city's housing inventory has failed to keep pace with the growth, a problem that could continue.
