Utah-based investment firm proposes destination steakhouse in Old Town Scottsdale

Swags, a high-end steakhouse proposed by Utah-based Wags Capital, will be considered by Scottsdale City Council on Dec. 4. The restaurant proposal had encountered some neighborhood resistance when it was earlier scheduled for a vote.
