Vanderbilt University buys Midtown property for $2.55 million


Vanderbilt University has again added to its Midtown land holdings.

The university purchased a property south of West End at 114 29th Ave. S. for $2.55 million, according to the Nashville Post.

The land is currently home to Kraft & Company, a Nashville accounting firm. Kraft is relocating to Berry Hill, according to the Post.

The property buy follows Vanderbilt’s January purchase of four parcels, on 29th and 30th avenues, for $14.05 million.
