VanTrust looks to demolish vacant buildings in East Village, a top downtown stadium prospect


Under new master development terms, VanTrust Real Estate LLC would pay less for East Village properties it could acquire from the city, rather than receive a direct contribution to demolish vacant buildings and remediate blight. The agreement covers four properties in East Village, considered a top candidate for a downtown Royals stadium.
