Viewpoint: Diversity, representation matters in the workplace


Black and Brown women have consistently been at the forefront of social justice movements and have made significant contributions to politics, business, education, the arts and countless other areas, despite facing systemic barriers and racial disparity. We must celebrate their contributions and build on their legacy.
