Viewpoint: Inequities must be addressed to bring women back to the workforce


This past Tuesday, March 14, marked Women’s Equal Pay Day, a day created with the purpose of generating conversation and awareness around the institutionalized gender pay gap. It also symbolizes how far into the year women must work to reach the amount men were paid the previous year.
