Virginia real estate firm pays $114 million for Germantown apartment complex


A Virginia real estate firm is continuing its Nashville spending spree with another apartment purchase. Weinstein Properties paid $114.57 million for the Bexley Stockyards apartment complex in Germantown, making it the owner of six Nashville-area apartments.
