Waffle Bus food truck owner snags lease for first brick-and-mortar store, to open 2 concepts in upcoming food market


A 7-year-old food truck is taking the leap with its first storefront in the Heights.

Phi Nguyen, founder and owner of The Waffle Bus, recently signed a 2,100-square-foot lease for the truck's first brick-and-mortar location at 1835 N. Shepard Drive, suite A, inside the same development that houses a Cane Rosso pizzeria, Nguyen said.
