Waikiki Brewing Co. and Beer Lab Hawaii have joined forces to create a new beer that is now available at Beer Lab’s location and Waikiki Brewing’s two Honolulu locations.
The collaboration brew, called Kuleana, is a dry hopped, unfiltered Imperial India Hefe that uses strains of yeast from both breweries.
Waikiki Brewing’s Nathanial Anderson said this is one of the first collaborations between breweries in the state of Hawaii.
