Waiting for a better buyer’s market for homes? Better get comfortable


The market for homes in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro, which for the past year has given sellers most of the power, could stay that way until 2020, according to a new report.

The Star Tribune reports on the latest quarterly Home Price Expectations Survey from real-estate statistics site Zillow, which sampled industry experts on when the market would tilt more towards the buyer. Three quarters of respondents said it would be 2020 or later.
