A wealth management firm has picked German Village for a new office.
Signs posted on the 571 S. 3rd St. building show The Chaddock Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, is preparing to open an office on the ground-floor space of the building.
That space had been home of Caterina Ltd., an eclectic shop that sold housewares, handbags, candles and other items before it closed its doors last spring after 14 years in business.
