Wells Fargo awards grant to support entrepreneurs in Deep South


Wells Fargo has awarded Jackson, Mississippi-based Hope Enterprise Corporation (HOPE) a $2.8 million grant to expand access to capital for entrepreneurs.

HOPE, a community development financial institution, will use the grant to support small businesses in diverse communities across the Deep South. We recently reported HOPE’s first expansion into Alabama after Regions Bank donated a Montgomery branch to the credit union.
