Wells Fargo grants millions to help Houston initiative expand homeownership opportunities for people of color


The donation comes from Wells Fargo’s Wealth Opportunity Restored Through Homeownership, a $60 million effort created to help with the “systemic barriers to homeownership for people of color,” a Sept. 6 press release states. Houston is the first of eight markets to launch the grant.
