Wells Fargo weathers second tech outage in a week


Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE: WFC) is experiencing its second outage in one week.

The San Francisco-based bank first acknowledged issues with its online and mobile platforms on its Twitter page at about 9 a.m. Eastern Time as customers reported being unable to access their bank accounts, and said it was researching the issue. The outage also disrupted customer access to ATMs, and debit and credit cards, according to Investment News.
