Welltower Inc. has been selling off properties in Florida, including a nursing home in the Carrollwood suburb of Tampa.
The health care real estate investment trust (NYSE: WELL) sold ManorCare Health Services Carrollwood to Millennium Management Inc. of Miami for $16.9 million in a deal that closed Sept. 18, according to Hillsborough County property records.
The nursing home has 120 licensed beds, according to the state Agency for Health Care Administration. It was built in 1990.
