Denver-based Amstar Group has sold the Travaasa Hana boutique hotel on Maui to the Los Angeles-based Mani Brothers Real Estate Group for an undisclosed price.
The sale of the 75-unit hotel, which has 75 private bungalows on 72 oceanfront acres of land in East Maui, closed on Thursday and adds to the West Hollywood-based company’s portfolio of boutique hotel properties.
