Westgate Tower takes another step toward earning historic designation


Previously home to the Headliners Club and President Lyndon B. Johnson, the Westgate Tower is being considered for historic zoning — which could help the owners of the building's 102 condos save thousands in property taxes. But the rezoning has become a bit controversial in the City Council chamber.
