Damabois of Canada acquired Pallets Inc. in Fort Edward last month. The sale includes the 12.1-acre Pallets Inc. manufacturing complex on East Street in Fort Edward. Damabois also retained Pallets Inc. president Clint Binley and his 35 employees.
