North Texas' largest commercial real estate developers on average developed less in 2018 than they did the previous year.
According to Dallas Business Journal data, the top commercial real estate firms developed 1.3 million square feet of space on average last year, compared to 1.63 million in 2017.
This is the lowest average collected by the Dallas Business Journal since 2012.
