Why a downtown Sacramento fitness studio has a new name


A downtown Sacramento fitness studio once known as The Dailey Method has been rebranded as a new concept called Exercise Elevate E-Squared.

The previous incarnation of the business was part of a fitness chain that focuses on body-toning exercises. Founded in San Francisco, The Dailey Method has more than 60 studios across four countries. Many of its exercises use a ballet barre.
