The developers behind Clarksville's newest downtown development project broke ground on the mixed retail, restaurant and hotel project on Wednesday. Ethan Orley and Philip Welker, managing partners at BNA Associates, expect the city will continue to grow over the next decade, and hope their project will help boost the city's reputation as a destination.
