Why housing should be the new mayor’s top priority


This election cycle, Central Texas voters had the opportunity to determine who will help shape our region’s future. Some local races were finalized in November, while other races were decided after a runoff election. Regardless, in January, after the pomp and circumstance of the swearing in ceremony, Austin’s new mayor will need to get to work immediately on a long list of challenges our city faces.
