Epicenter at Agritopia, a mixed-use residential and retail project developed by Johnston & Co. in Gilbert, has been completed with almost all of its retail and residential spaces accounted for. The project took longer to complete than company CEO William Johnston first thought, but he said perseverance on his part made it better than imagined.
