Wilf family planning four-star hotel next to Vikings headquarters


Construction could begin this fall on a 320-room, four-star hotel next to the Minnesota Vikings’ new practice facility.

MV Eagan Ventures, an entity owned by the Wilf family that also owns the Vikings, has submitted its plans to the city of Eagan for approval.
