A stately 62,000-square-foot Elizabethan-style manor in Portland's Laurelhurst Neighborhood could become one of the city's next affordable housing projects.
Portland nonprofit Innovative Housing Inc., which provides affordable housing at 13 properties around the metro region, has the Mann Home at 1021 N.E. 33rd Ave. under contract. It has applied for funding through the city of Portland's affordable housing bond to help fund the project.
