The community will have 450 homes when the buildout is complete in three to four years and offers six models ranging from approximately 1400 to 1,700 square feet. Five plans provide three bedrooms, while the sixth offers a four-bedroom option.

“Our modernly designed manufactured homes offer 3- and 4-bedroom floor plans, featuring many high demand features buyers want, but at a lower price point,” said Cody Firster, Sun Communities Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales. “Willow Crossing is a very appealing option for people looking to buy a home but are getting priced out of Denver.”

Potential homebuyers can choose from various interior design packages to create their ideal home at prices ranging from around $220,000 to $280,000.

All homes feature two baths, energy-efficient windows, and well-appointed kitchen fixtures with a full suite of appliances, including a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, each home will also include a storage shed.

All Willow Crossing residents will enjoy access to several amenities, including a kitchen-equipped clubhouse to host parties and gatherings, pickleball courts, a fitness center, a basketball court, a swimming pool, a community fire pit, playgrounds, a dog park, and walking trails.

Firster expects the community to draw a mix of first-time homebuyers, young families, and empty nesters who are downsizing. “What we’re offering is an affordable family neighborhood with amenities for all ages to enjoy,” Firster added.

Although newly opened, Willow Crossing has already made an impact on the area by providing 250 backpacks with school supplies to the Fort Lupton school district last month, with future plans for a coat drive before the end of the year.

“Fort Lupton is tight knit yet growing community. Willow Crossing is proud to be an active citizen of Fort Lupton and we look forward to serving the residents for years to come.”
