Winston-Salem, Chapel Hill investors linked to Southern Season charged with market manipulation


James Patten of Winston-Salem, Peter Coker Sr. of Chapel Hill and Peter Coker Jr. of Hong Kong charged in what's described as an “international market manipulation scheme" that artificially inflated the share price of a New Jersey deli.
