Winthrop Square tower set to finally break ground after city council vote


The Boston City Council on Wednesday voted to authorize the spending of $105.4 million from the sale of the Winthrop Square Garage site to Millennium Partners, a move that allows the $1.3 billion mixed-use tower to move forward.
